Testimonial: I hope it's clear from this photo that my kids LOVE their new MAGIC SILVER 2x 9 inch Touch Screen Headrest DVD Players. In fact, they were a little sad trading in our 2008 Chevy Impala for our new 2014 Impala because they had lost their original DVD headrests that I bought from On-Fair 6 years ago, but were ecstatic again when we finally received the backordered headrests. After hours of fruitless research on the Internet and searching for all sorts of hidden release mechanisms for the stock headrests in my 2014 Impala, a friend of mine and I finally figured out how to get them out. I need to post photos of how to do that on a Chevy or GM blog when I get time because I know it'll help save a lot of headache for others who may be trying to do the same thing. Anyway, after a couple of brief road trips and a lot of DVDs already watched, the kids are loving it. The only thing that isn't entirely living up to their expectations are the video games -- while there appear to be tons of them on the game DVD, they aren't very easy to search through or intuitive to play. Some kind of visual catalog or menu preview would probably help with that. I do appreciate all the effort that was put into making the installation and how-to DVD; I can tell that On-Fair takes pride in the quality of their product line, offers features that differentiate themselves from their competition, and cares about customer service and after-sales technical support.
